Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) suffered a data breach incident after the personal health information of at least 56 individuals was inappropriately accessed by a pharmacist located at Grace Hospital.
The records in eChart included identifying information like name and address, as well as health information such as filled drug prescriptions, lab results, immunizations, and x-ray reports.
Approximately 1,756 patients were affected by the incident.
