Western Health Advantage

On December 13, 2019, the California Office of the Attorney General reported a data breach involving Western Health Advantage (WHA) that occurred on October 25, 2019. The incident resulted from a computer system error leading to WHA files being downloaded to another company's server, affecting personal information such as names, addresses, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes. Approximately 10,000 individuals were affected, and WHA is offering one year of free credit monitoring as a response.
