Torrance Memorial Medical Center suffered from a computer breach that stole Patient records.
Hackers stole email accounts that contained work-related reports and sensitive personal information including names, dates of birth, address information, telephone numbers, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, and other clinical/diagnostic information.
They notified the individuals and offered no-cost credit monitoring and identity theft protection services for one year.
