Certain consumers had access to other users' phone numbers, addresses, and call histories when they logged onto their accounts.

The business swiftly launched an internal investigation, advised customers impacted to get in touch with customer support, and verified that no financial information had been compromised.

The Guardian claimed that when consumers signed in, they were shown other people's call and text histories in addition to their own data usage, which confirmed that a number of customers were impacted.
