Sierra View Medical Center

The California Office of the Attorney General reported on February 1, 2019, that Sierra View Medical Center experienced a data breach involving the unauthorized access of personal information by a Hospital employee in mid-November 2018. The exposed information included names and social security numbers of current and former employees. The number of individuals affected is currently unknown.
