The mental health organization Reinier van Arkel suffered a data breach incident that affected data from the files of 184 clients.
The data theft occurred at Carenzorgt but affected 9,000 healthcare institutions in the Netherlands use to share digital medical records and personal data including Reinier van Arkel.
Reiner van Arkel sent mail to all the customers whose data had already been leaked.
