National pharmacy network PharMerica suffered from a data breach that impacted more than 5.8 million individuals.
The results of the investigation showed that our computer systems were accessed by an unidentified third party on March 12 and 13, 2023, and that the event may have resulted in the theft of certain personal data.
The compromised information includes person’s name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, medications and health insurance information.
The business is confident that the exposed data hasn't been utilised for fraud or identity theft.
