Overby-Seawell Company experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personally identifiable information in its network was accessed and acquired by an unauthorized party.
The sensitive information belonging to its clients, including KeyBank and Fulton Bank may have been accessed.
The information included names, Social Security numbers, loan numbers, Addresses, loan details (amount and maturity date), insurance policy information etc.
Overby-Seawell Company soon notified its clients and sent them a breach notice.
