A massive cyberattack targeted several Israeli government websites and made them unresponsive to the users.
The Communication Ministry along with communications companies immediately launched the operations to return the service as soon as possible.
The National Cyber Directorate declared a state of emergency in order to study the extent of the damage and impact caused by the cyberattack.
