The Morrison Community Hospital has allegedly been attacked by the ALPHV/BlackCat ransomware organisation, which has added it to its dark web Tor leak site.
The organisation says it has taken 5TB of data, including backups, PII papers, patient and staff records, and more.
The group claims that because the Morrison Community Hospital authorities haven't given them a clear response, it has begun contacting journalists.
The attack caused the hospital to have to send patients to neighbouring facilities and interfered with operations and emergency services.
