Ministry of Employment and Social Security of Spain

The Ministry of Labor and Social Economy (MITES) of the Spanish Government fell a victim to a cyber-attack.

The attack was a Ryuk ransomware type and it affected some of its services.

However, the IT technicians from the Ministry itself and the CCN worked hard to find the source and restore the affected services.
