The Metropolitan Police was on high alert after a significant security breach exposed the personal information of officers and employees.
The IT systems of a contractor manufacturing warrant cards and staff passes were compromised by cybercriminals, putting all 47,000 employees at risk of having their pictures, names, and ranks taken.
Officers tasked to protect the Royal Family as well as counterterrorism officers have been revealed.
