Medstar Mobile Healthcare suffered a data breach incident after a recent hacking incident targeted the company’s computer system.
The breach compromised confidential information belonging to certain patients as well as protected health information of about 612,000 individuals.
Medstar bsent out data breach notification letters to all individuals who were impacted by the recent data security incident.
