CompuGroup Medical data center partner, MedNetwoRX was affected by a ransomware attack that impeded some customers' access for more than two weeks.
Their patients were badly suffering as they were just unable to access their records, call in their prescriptions, and see their test results.
MedNetworx did troubleshoot these and took the necessary action to address the causes.
