Logan Health

The Maine Attorney General's Office reported that Logan Health experienced a data breach involving unauthorized access to a file server on November 22, 2021. The breach potentially affected personal information of four Maine residents, including names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth. Written notice was provided to affected individuals on or about February 22, 2022, and Logan Health is offering 12 months of credit monitoring services through Kroll.
