Livingston Memorial VNA Health Corporation and its affiliates, Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association and Livingston Caregivers (together, “Livingston Memorial”), suffered a data breach after the company fell target to a ransomware attack.
Some of its computer systems were encrypted and an unauthorized party gained access to consumers’ sensitive information.
Livingston Memorial sent out data breach notification letters to all individuals who were impacted by the recent data security incident.
