Pennsylvania healthcare system Keystone Health suffered a data breach incident after it experienced a cybersecurity incident compromising the sensitive information of certain patients.
The incident compromised the names, Social Security numbers and clinical health information of more than 235,000 patients.
The incident temporarily disrupted the normal operations of its computer network, however, Keystone immediately worked on it and sent out data breach letters to all affected parties.
