Japanese shipping company Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, known as “K” Line reported that they have been hit by cyber attack which gave unauthorized access to their overseas subsidiary systems.
While they believed that there was no loss of data, and they reported that the operations of their global fleet was not impacted.
Some of "K" Lines' systems, according to the company, have been restored.
The line said it was gradually restarting operations, but it wasn't until April 21 that they announced the recovery was complete.
