G5 Enterprises, LLC, a Missouri-based construction company specializing in insulation and exterior building products, confirmed a data breach on March 28, 2025, after detecting a network disruption. The company, which operates under brands like Arkansas Insulation and insulUSA across Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma, immediately launched an investigation with law enforcement and third-party forensic specialists.
The breach involved unauthorized access to sensitive customer data, including names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license details, medical and health insurance information, financial account data, and payment card details.
