Fulton Bank suffered a data breach in which the sensitive personally identifiable information of Fulton Bank’s clients was accessed and acquired by a third party.
The actual breach incident happened at one of its vendors Overby-Seawell Company when an unauthorized actor gained access to its network and acquired sensitive information belonging to Fulton Bank clients.
The type of information exposed includes Name, Social Security number, Loan number, Addresses, Loan details (amount and maturity date), and Insurance policy information.
