One independent Wacoal stockist informed Drapers that a cyber attack had attacked the European division of the Japanese company, affecting the ordering systems, websites, and phone systems.
They are unable to place new orders while we wait for the systems to restart.
Their phone systems aren't all functional.
Owner of the womenswear boutique Robinson's in Alnwick, Northumberland, Julie Robinson, acknowledged that she had also been made aware of the problem.
