Cigna

Cigna Corp. exposed private information including bank-account details of some customers in Asia due to a system error.

It accidentally sent the information to some customers and health-care providers in early May.

The situation affected a small number of clients who work outside of their home countries.

In some cases, personal information was inadvertently disclosed.
