Central Bedfordshire Council
Central Bedfordshire Council accidentally leaked the details of 'dozens and dozens of special educational needed (SEND) pupils as a response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
The request was made to the parents who are campaigning for better educational services for their children with special educational needs but the council did not redact the personal details of the children listed and published it on a public website.
The council apologized to the families affected by the data breach.
