Financial losses resulting from compromised accounts have begun to appear and are now rapidly approaching billions of won.
31,800 users of the Bithumb website had their names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses successfully taken over by hackers.
This figure, according to the exchange, represents about 3% of all clients.
