Behavioral Health Partners of Metro West

The Maine Office of the Attorney General reported that Behavioral Health Partners of Metro West (BHPMW) experienced a data breach discovered on April 5, 2022, involving unauthorized access to its network from September 14 to September 18, 2021. The incident affected the personal information of approximately 13 Maine residents, including Social Security Numbers. BHPMW offered identity theft protection services for 24 months to those affected, and the notification was issued on May 11, 2022.
