BBC Industries, Inc.

On January 25, 2021, the Maine Office of the Attorney General reported a data breach involving BBC Industries, Inc. that occurred on August 18, 2020. The breach was due to unauthorized access (hacking) of an email account, affecting a total of 39 individuals. As part of the response, Kroll was engaged to provide two years of complimentary identity theft protection services, including Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft Restoration.
