Hackers have targeted three businesses that offer IT support to federal ministries. According to BR study, there are signs that information that was stolen is being utilised to launch more assaults.
Along with names, addresses, and phone numbers, the emails often include information about ongoing projects, email histories, and documents that have been attached.
It was discovered that the attackers most likely had access to a sizable amount of email communication at the target firms.
Adesso, Materna, and Init were the three companies that were compromised; according to the Federal Ministry of the Interior, there is now no urgent threat to the federal government's IT security.
