yellowpages

A cyberattack has been confirmed by Yellow Pages Group, a Canadian directory publisher, to BleepingComputer.

Over the weekend, the extortion and ransomware group Black Basta published private papers and data, claiming credit for the attack.

In order to control the crisis and make sure their systems were secure, they launched a full investigation into this matter right away, with the help of outside cyber security specialists.

Additionally, we informed the affected parties and reported the event to all relevant privacy regulatory bodies. We have now largely restored all of our services.
