The World Council of Churches has experienced an attack by hackers as declared by the World Council of Churches (WCC), situated in Geneva.
The globally operating organization's communications networks were all but paralysed.
The World Council of Churches' IT staff is working very hard to get all systems back up and running. The relevant authorities, including the Swiss police, have also been notified.
