Wolfe Eye Clinic

Wolfe Clinic, P.C. suffered a third-party data breach incident after an unauthorized party accessed myCare Integrity, an electronic medical records platform provided by Eye Care Leaders, that uses data and deleted databases and system configuration files.

Eye Care Leaders' incident response team immediately stopped the unauthorized access and began investigating the incident.

However, the unauthorized access included the patient's name, address, date of birth, social security number, diagnostic information, and health insurance information.
