WIRX Pharmacy Data Breach Exposes Sensitive Patient Information
Shamis & Gentile P.A., a class action law firm specializing in data breach cases, is investigating a cybersecurity incident involving WIRX Pharmacy, a Pennsylvania-based specialty pharmacy serving injured workers under workers' compensation claims.
The Incident
On December 7, 2025, WIRX Pharmacy detected suspicious activity in its network. After securing its systems, the company launched an investigation, determining that unauthorized access occurred between December 6 and 7, 2025. A review concluded on January 23, 2026, that sensitive personal and health data had been compromised.
The breach was reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) on February 12, 2026, with at least eight individuals affected in Massachusetts. WIRX Pharmacy also published a notice on its website.

The compromised information includes:

- Clinical details (diagnoses, medications, treatment records)
