Among the systems operated by Prospect Medical Holdings in several states that were impacted by the malware, which the FBI is looking into, were Eastern Connecticut Health Network and Waterbury Health.

Due to IT issues, ECHN announced the following locations and services would be closed until further notice: Tolland Imaging Centre, Evergreen Imaging Centre, gastroenterology consultations and procedures, Outpatient Laboratories (ECHN Diagnostics), Centre for Wound Healing, and Podiatry Clinic. and the Women's Centre for Wellness are urgent care facilities.

The ransomware attack, which affected hospital systems managed by Prospect Medical Holdings in several states, including the two in Connecticut, is also being looked into by the FBI.
