Washington Health System Greene experienced a security breach after an external hard drive for the Bone Densitometry machine was stolen.
The compromised information includes names, height, weight, race, and gender information.
Medical record number, health issue, and prescribing physician were also believed to be included for some patients but not all.
Notably, neither financial information nor social security numbers were stolen.
They investigated the incident and reported the matter to the Pennsylvania State Police as a potential theft.
