Walmart Canada was also a victim of a data breach incident of PNI Digital Media, a photo site that collects customers’ payment information for it.

The data breach exposed the card information data of millions of users.

Walmart with the help of Canadian authorities immediately launched an investigation and contacted the customers who were impacted by the breach.
