Walnut Place was targeted by the ransomware attack that infected some of its systems.

The compromised information includes Names, Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, dates of birth, address information, phone numbers, medical record numbers, payment information (like banking and credit card information), health insurance information, and clinical/diagnostic information may have all been present in the systems that were affected by this incident.

Walnut wrote letters to individuals whose data was present on the affected systems and provided potentially impacted individuals with access to 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring services.
