VisionWeb Holdings, LLC suffered a data breach incident after an unauthorized party was able to gain access to sensitive consumer information that had been entrusted to the company.
The breach compromised the names, Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, medical information and health insurance information of 35,900 individuals.
VisionWeb Holdings sent data breach letters to all individuals whose information was compromised in the incident.
