Utility Trailer Manufacturing was targeted in an apparent ransomware attack that exposed the personal information of numerous employees.
Utility immediately responded to secure its systems and commenced an investigation into the nature and scope of the event.
The company disclosed the incident after the Clop ransomware gang leaked over 5 gigabytes of data to the dark web this week but it did not disclose the extent of the data compromised.
