USA Cycling suffered a data security incident in March 2016 that affected 62,000 members.
The compromised information included names, mailing addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, emergency contact details, and passwords.
USA Cycling immediately launched an internal investigation into the incident and asked for a password reset email and also asked to change all of their current account credentials.
