US Airways

On August 2, 2013, the California Office of the Attorney General reported a data breach involving US Airways. Unauthorized users accessed a small number of Dividend Miles accounts, potentially compromising names, addresses, email addresses, security question answers, and partial credit card information. The number of affected individuals is currently unknown.
