Urology of Greater Atlanta, LLC (“UGATL”) suffered a data breach after information that had been entrusted to the practice group was compromised.
UGATL breach was related to a “Hacking / IT incident” occurring on one of the company’s network servers., however the company did not posted notice about the nature or impact of the breach on its website.
Urology of Greater Atlanta sent out data breach letters to all individuals whose information was compromised .
