United Health Centers of the San Joaquin Valley in California was targeted in a ransomware attack by the Vice Society group.

The Vice group had dumped the data stolen from the UHC including protected health information and files containing routine functions or business information.

UHC soon restored the access to the services that it lost during the attack.
