TridentCare

TridentCare experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party broke into one of the company’s offices and stole certain equipment, including hard drives.

The breach compromises names, dates of birth and Social Security numbers of affected patients.

Trident Care sent out data breach letters to all affected parties and even notified law enforcement.
