T.A. Solberg Co., Inc., a Wisconsin-based holding company with over 600 employees, has reported a data breach involving unauthorized access to systems containing sensitive personal information. The company, which operates businesses across grocery, retail, fuel, real estate, manufacturing, and aviation sectors including its well-known Trig’s grocery stores discovered the incident and launched an investigation with a cybersecurity firm.
The breach exposed a range of personal data, including Social Security numbers, driver’s license and passport numbers, financial account details, medical and health insurance information, and names. The unauthorized access was confirmed after an investigation, though the exact timeline of the breach remains undisclosed.
T.A. Solberg notified the Vermont Attorney General on July 6, 2026, and began sending notices to affected individuals on July 3, 2026.
