CU Collections, under Triverity, suffered a data security incident in September 2020.

An unauthorized party got access to its systems and breached the information in its possession.

The compromised information included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and/or driver's license numbers of its customers.

It immediately took preventive measures and started investigating the incident.
