An unauthorized party gained access to the computer systems of TOPS Staffing, LLC, compromising and encrypting certain personal information files.
The files included the personal information of the employees, including names, Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, driver’s licenses numbers, state identification card numbers, passport numbers, military identification numbers, and financial account numbers.
TOPS reviewed all affected files, secured its network, and investigated the incident.
