The Guidance Center

The California Office of the Attorney General reported that The Guidance Center experienced a data breach affecting the personal information of 1,235 California residents. The compromised data may have included names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical information, and health insurance or claims information. The incident was reported on October 30, 2019, following unauthorized access to email accounts on March 25, 2019, and discovery of compromised data on August 15, 2019.
