The Khronos Group, a non-profit that manages open standard APIs suffered from a data breach incident that exposed Apple, Intel, Google Employee Accounts.
The compromised information included usernames, email addresses, plaintext passwords, sign up IP addresses and dates, and in some cases physical addresses.
They investigated the incident and asked employee to enable two-factor-authentication and don't reuse passwords.
