The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games

The organizing committee for the Tokyo Olympics suffered from a data breach incident after unauthorized access to an information-sharing tool developed by Fujitsu Ltd.

A total of roughly 170 security management personnel who took part in a practise organised by Japan's government had their personal information compromised.
