No National Health Index Numbers or personally identifiable information has been found in the released data.
To learn more about the extent of the situation, Te Whatu Ora has launched an internal employment investigation. Te Whatu Ora's chief executive, Margie Apa, stressed that the person in question had been employed by the health system for a number of years and was authorised to access the data.
