Hackers gained access to over a million accounts in a data breach, the corporation said in an official statement.
The corporation verified that gaming accounts were unaffected by the data leak. Hackers took advantage of a flaw in Supercell's Vbulletin CMS, which it uses for its forums.
As quickly as possible, Supercell advises users to update their passwords on the impacted forum.
